This would help bosses and staff get pay correct. If a time entry is approved, it should obviously have a rate attached to it. If it does not, the system should alert you to this fact and indicate how you can rectify it.

Why should we implement this
This would prevent underpayments to staff. I recently underpaid a staff member, and your tech support said that there was no rate attached to some of his hours. What?! Makes no sense. |
