last pay period, my employees created 56 missed time punches (currently I am unaware of how this is handled in Ximble digitally). This creates considerable time and accuracy issues for my business. I'd like to see how we can better manage employees to clock in/out and if they weren't on the schedule or fail to clock in/out at the correct time.
Why should we implement this
Because every business has employees who fail to clock in/out, and the manual manipulation of missed punches is time consuming and can create inaccuracies. |
