In some countries, if employees do not take the lunchtime at 'x' time after clock in employers have to pay them overtime, for the time they work after 'x' until they actually took the lunchtime. We can't use a rule for this bc the rule forces the lunchtime on the staff. We need to allow the user to specify us when they took the lunchtime but have a flag or something if they didn't take the lunchtime at the 5th hour of clocking in.
