If there are unapproved Paid timeoffs, have the system display a warning mesage prior to finalizing the pay periods payroll to say that there are timeoffs that needs to be approved.
Why should we implement this
When there are unapprove timeoffs, and the payroll is finalized, those timeoffs gets rejected. It would be extremely important to get a warning message of this prior to generating the report, so changes can be made then. |
Great idea - the system automatically denied the time off requests without any notification and allowed me to incorrectly process payroll without even knowing there were unapproved (or in this case - rejected) requests that didn't get processed. VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!
