When viewing timesheets, it would be great if the notes could be viewed directly on the page instead of having to click on the notes icon. Our employees write notes that potentially change their hours or they can direct the payroll department to add bonus hours, etc.

Why should we implement this
It would save the 2 extra clicks required to simply view the notes and allow you to see all the notes directly on the page in case the notes written, link to other dates/times. |
To add on to my earlier comment, the downloaded CSV files do NOT show total hours worked..only each time entry during that period of time. It would be nice if there was 1 document that could be printed to view all time entries, any notes, and total hours worked for the time period.
Not only when viewing, but also when printing timesheets it would be great to see their notes. Currently the only way to view the notes with the timesheets is when the timesheets are downloaded as a CSV file file.
