At the end of the day an employee will clock off the system, we would like them to be able to go into their time for the day and allocate activities to what they did within their time at work that day. I have clicked on the activities section of my timesheet and i can drop down a menu to select what activity and a time which is great. Can we change this screen at all? Can we have a tally so if I worked 8 hours the system needs tells me i need to allocation 8 hours of activities? If i don't complete the full 8 hours of activities my manager is notified? Can we remove the start and end time? and just have the activity list and the hours worked? Thanks in advance

Our team will be working on a small selection of activities. For each section of the site there will be only 4 choices for them to use. |
