I would love it if our company can post a timesheet to our employees for them to sign off on so that the Employee agrees that the timecard is complete and without error. Currently they can print it out, however that is not as efficient in this electronic age where everyone can do things on an app. It doesn't have to be specifically what I said but some way of electronic verification of employee timecards.
Why should we implement this
This would result in more accurate payroll runs because it forces an employee to review the timecard that management believes to be accurate. If in the case there is something wrong, the employee will see it and notify management.
