To allow employees to edit and or add a note (memo) with no manager access or access to add/edit/delete their own times manually post clock out if enabled.
Why should we implement this
Without the option enabled, employees will not be able to add/edit a note post clock out if they did not add one while clocked in. If and when they go back to review their time sheets, if we enable this feature without the self-editing time sheet tool this will help tell managers what needs to be edited and corrected without having to track them down. This gives the employees and managers more flexibility and awareness of the timesheet corrections or what needs to be done. |
