‘All locations’ should be able to be selected as a default location

All locations option in schedule tab should be allowed to be selected as a default location.

Future consideration

Why should we implement this

This feature should be available so that companies like us who deal with multiple locations on a daily basis does not need to change the location every time they login to see the schedule time.
