Can we have it default to "hide deactivated employees" instead of having to click the button? We also don't need other team members seeing other deactivated team members.
Why should we implement this
Do not need to sort through people that no longer work with your company. Why do they have to keep popping up? |
It appears there was an issue after the initial release where "Hide deactivated employees" was not working until unchecked and checked again. This issue should be resolved as of this morning.
This is not a caching issue.
I cleared my cache and when I refresh the page the Deactivated Employees check box is checked.
And yet I still see the employees.
If I check off and the check back on the feature works properly.
Thanks
I agree with Krista - the checkbox is checked, but the default functionality is that the page is going to "employees/withterminated?page=1&pagesize=50&filter=&sort=name" off of the menu. This is in Chrome (from the console log and the Network tab in dev tools). Now when I uncheck the box, it is going to employees/withterminated?page=1&pagesize=50&filter=&sort=name again, but when I check the box again to hide terminated employees, I am directed to employees?page=1&pagesize=50&filter=&sort=name
Have someone look at the menu item for Staff please.
I believe this may be a result of a caching issue. Please give it a try to un-check it and then check it again. I believe this should resolve the issue. If it still persists, please respond here or shoot an email over to our support team at support@ximble.com and one of our tech engineers will help to troubleshoot this.
We were forced to move from Nimble to Ximble this week. This is an entirely frustrating experience to have to continually click the box to hide the pages of people who have come and gone just to see the ones that are relevant.
Why is this taking so long to implement? The suggestion was posted over 5 months ago. This seems like a very easy fix.
But also keep their historical time as part of reporting for the time in which they were employed.
