When using this page 99% of the time the user and to see current roster only. Especially over time as we turn over employees, this page will be less usable in its current default view.

We want to pay employees a different hourly wage when they work past 5 pm. Creating different shifts and asking them to clock out for shift A and in for shift B is not feasible.
