Managers throughout the business would like to see the availability of staff. This is not restricted to their Direct Reports only. Due to largely interconnected teams and shared responsibilities the lack of visibility of whats the resource capability of say for example delivery team to the procurement team could result in massive bottlenecks where managers cannot plan ahead, they cannot view whats possible and whats not. 

There should be an option in the Edit Role section where by a Role is allowed to view all staff leave requests past present future company wide. This Role could be of a Managing Director or of a General Manager. This lateral viewing ability of staff across the breadth of the business is a key missing feature. I encourage Ximble to look into it at the earliest.

Giving out the Admin passwords to manager is not an option here.
