We want to pay employees a different hourly wage when they work past 5 pm. Creating different shifts and asking them to clock out for shift A and in for shift B is not feasible.

Why should we implement this
There are many industries that pay a higher wage for working certain hours of the day. We are following that trend but asking the employee to clock out and right back in is not a possibility. |
