We would like to see a heat map report that would show us our coverage (if we are understaffed or overstaffed, or staffed according to our requirement) by location and department.  For example, we would want to be able to say that we need 8 employees fulfilling different positions required for a 4 month stretch and then see if we have the employees qualified and available during that time in a heat map style report.
