This enables the staff picking up shifts as well as the approvers to very quickly see what day of the week they are looking at, so no cross referencing of a calendar is necessary. We have both recurring weekend shifts as well as weekday shifts and one-offs, so knowing immediately which one we are looking at would make it faster.
