When viewing open shifts via 'Requests --> Shift Pick-up' there is no button to actually pick up the shift! The whole point of this page is for staff to pick up shifts, they should not have to click on three tiny dots on the very edge of the screen to have that option. There should be a very clear and easy to see "Pick Up" button.

There is no specific ETA yet. The adjustment is in the queue and the technical description/documentation is ready for development. The adjustment will cover the whole Requests section and the three dotted menu will be removed and replaced with actionable items on the page wherever possible.
