Add the ability to include employees office numbers

Add the ability to include employees office numbers under the name. That way you can use one system.

Right now, I have to go to Bamboo to see office numbers. We have Ximble open more often than our HR system. Plus, we use Ximble to see someone's schedule before we call them. It's more convenient than switching between 2 systems.
