This is extremly important. Most businesses have a manager and an assistant manager. Both of whom should be able to make schedule changes / approve trades / coverages!! Please add this ASAP!
This feature would be beneficial to our company as we have a Director that oversees other Managers and employees in specific departments, however this Director is limited in Ximble to only oversee the Managers and not the entire team.
