It is common practice for managers in some organizations to delegate tasks to staff members who are not their direct reports trap the cat. It's worth noting that this sort of behavior is generally seen favorably in such workplaces because it indicates a lack of hierarchy and a commitment to teamwork.

This is very important. A manager and an assistant manager are common in most businesses basket random. Both of whom should be able to change the schedule and approve trades and coverages!!

We have a Director who is responsible 1001 games for managing other Managers and staff members in particular areas; but, in Ximble, this Director is only able to manage the Managers, not the complete team.

This feature would be beneficial to our company as we have a Director that oversees other Managers and employees in specific departments, however this Director is limited in Ximble to only oversee the Managers and not the entire team.
