In Costa Rica, Bank holidays are paid 8 hours of your pay rate even if you do not work on that day. However, these hours does not count into any calculation of extra hours per week. Today, I created in Ximble a custom rules for the employees who worked on those special day (2x pay rate) but I would like Ximble to add automatically a line in the payroll report for the employees who did not work on those specific days but still are granted 8 hours x pay rate.
Why should we implement this
This is standard in many countries. Not only in Costa Rica
