Customize the header of welcome message

We have weekly announcements that not all staff will be able to hear at our Monday morning staff meeting. We'd like for the welcome message to show "Weekly Update" or "Welcome Message" instead of "COMPANY NAME terms and agreement"
This would make the message seem more intentional, less corporate, and noticeable for our employees.
