We have a very mobile staff, that may be assigned a variety or positions on any given day. Some positions require that the assigned staff member hold certain qualifications to be assigned there. It would be great if we could set qualifications for the post (ex. Armed Guard Card) and then assign employees with their appropriate qualifications.
The Certificates feature could be leveraged for this.

Why should we implement this
This would prevent unqualified staff from being assigned to a position and would eliminate the need for a separate document to maintain listing all qualifications. |
