I would like to have a feature where select staff

I would like to have a feature where select staff members can clock in and out at any given time, but still keep select staff members restricted to clocking in 15 minutes before their shift.

This would benefit upper management employees who put in extra hours daily. This would benefit the manager as well to cut down on time fixing time clocks daily.
