As a volunteer coordinator, I always seek ways to save the organization dollars on spending. As a rule of thumb is an organization which is very diverse and provides inclusivity to share the operation feature of clicking in may seem juvenile, yet it is a common ground for those who are unpaid and paid. There becomes a balance of organization for the staff and volunteers.
