the ability to send newsletters to other user role other than the Primary admin

We would like to extend the list of authorized users to receive the newsletters that currently only our Primary Admin receives. This will help our company have more eyes on updates as we currently have 7 locations and more on the way.

Why should we implement this

You should implement this to enhance awareness to multiple roles on a team. Allowing more than one person to be responsible with information on updates.
