Different organizations need different types of reporting, it would be great to give freedom to the end user on administrative level to be able to customize and create reports as needed.

Agree that different businesses have different needs & Ximble trying to second guess all those needs is difficult. Most systems I work with give the ability to customise reports and select from any of the data fields that exist in the system. If the data is there, I can't see why you wouldn't let people use it. It would help make you a more responsive and flexible business; you'd have less admin from trying to deal with different requests and it would give rise to less frustration with the system.
