By simply creating a new level of permission in the role settings, this gives a new layer of trust to creating PTO policies. I, quite frankly, think it is a waste to add a bunch of detail into Ximble if there isn't any privacy to the information. In this case, I will stick to my old ways without utilizing the system to its fullest. PTO policies would be great to have loaded to let my team know where they stand at all times, but it isn't worth the angst it may create among them by disclosing personal information.
