Add the ability to create time periods and have a report that links to the time periods so that you can see the employee hours planned/paid during the specific time periods (for example: 8-11, 12-14, etc)

Why should we implement this

A report of hours used during customizable time periods (for example: 8-11, 12-14, 14-17, 17-24) would help identify areas where efficiency can be improved
