I have one staff member that doesn't take lunch. She nibbles all day and this works for her work flow. I need a work around so she doesn't have to clock in early or clock out late since the lunch break rule is mandatory for everyone else.

Why should we implement this
This would allow staff people that don't need to be at their desk during certain times the flexibility to work through a lunch break in order to end their a bit earlier. |
