Managers work more hours than the standard 40 hours and get paid the same salary. On current system, Ximble allows an hourly pay raye and payroll can not be calculated based on hours work. Managers putting 53 hours on a work week will have a timesheet calculated for payroll above (or below) their designated salary.
Why should we implement this
Payroll department will get a full report for all employees , calculating the correct amount, including the exempt employees. RIght now, exempt employees appear on the payroll report, but no $ payment is reported. |
Elvis might be worth adding your vote to the flat rate/fixed salary thread, as it's link to the same issues as yours. Currently trying to get this issue prioritized by Ximble.
