It would be helpful to see what the employee is doing, or if/when reminder emails go out. Would help with issues and I'm sure would save you support calls.
Most other systems I work with have a transaction or email log feature for customers.

Why should we implement this
Save on support calls so customers can easily troubleshoot or remember what's been done. And great to have for employers if employees claim the reminder didn't go out or they didn't log in, etc. |
