Workers and employers would benefit from this. As they could see how many hours they are working during the day. If workers could track hours from each punch, not just last clock out punch, this would reduce the amount of workings getting less than 40 hours a week.

Why should we implement this
This would streamline the process, and eliminate the need for predictive math before clocking out for the day. For example, my work week ends on Friday, and I won't know until I clock out if I have hit 40 hours. |
