Our staff members often clock overtime, even though overtime requires specific approval within our company.

Why is this important since we have our drivers who's overtime is not approved but yet again they clock out later which means that they should be paid OT which is not the case if the OT is not approved.

If there are unapproved Paid timeoffs, have the system display a warning mesage prior to finalizing the pay periods payroll to say that there are timeoffs that needs to be approved.
