When a Paycor kiosk encounters an error, display the error message in larger font. Also, assign a code to each error type so it's easier for users to relay the error to tech support.
Why should we implement this
When using Paycor Kiosk, if a user encounters an error while punching the error message only shows on the top corner of the screen for three seconds or less. This makes it very difficult for the user to read the message and impossible for them to document it. At the very minimum, please make error messages persist for a minimum of 5 - 10 seconds. Ideally, assign a short error code that the user can quickly commit to memory and refer to after the fact.
