A unique identifier is often necessary to be able to perform accurate lookups in the report export files. Reports we need this to have are the Scheduled Vs Actual Hours Report, Time off List, and Time off Summary reports.
In particular, we are looking to deduct the Time Off list report from the Payroll report due to the way we operate.

Why should we implement this

Without a unique identifier (staff number) on each of the reports available, it becomes impossible and/or very difficult and/or very time-consuming for a large business to use them. We have over 1000+ employees, some of whom have the same name - we can't go through all the records to find out who is who. Also, because of the lack of custom reports, we sometimes will need to cross reference Ximble reports with other reports. Without a unique identifier to perform a vlookup, this is again just not possible.
