Reporting on the 'Minimum Hours Per Week' vs 'Scheduled Hours'. With differences for Executives to report on, to view the variance and difference. A comparison on How many hours the staff member is actually scheduled for and how many hours (minimum) they should be scheduled for (ie. because their contracted hours are set as the minimum hours in the system)
Why should we implement this
For a transparent result and comparison of the hours (how many hours the ee should be scheduled vs. how many hours they are scheduled for). For Managers to view if the minimum has been fulfilled by the Scheduler for the week. If we do not schedule staff for their contracted (minimum) hours, then we will lose money because we need to pay them for their contracted hours. |
