ALL EMPLOYERS HAVE DIFFERENT EMPLOYEE RULE SETS FOR START AND END TIMES. FOR EXAMPLE, (30MIN ROUNDING) IF AN EMPLOYEE CLOCKS IN AT 7:35AM IT SHOULD SHIFT THE START TIME TO 8AM. IF THEY CLOCK OUT AT 4:10 IT WOULD ROUND TO 4PM. THIS IS ILLEGAL FOR EMPLOYERS REGARDING THE CLOCK OUT! THE EMPLOYER MUST PAY UP TO 4:10PM. THE 30MIN ROUNDING WORKS FOR THE CLOCK IN BECAUSE WE START PAY AT 8AM BUT NOT FOR CLOCK OUT. THE ROUNDING TIMES SHOULD BE MORE CONFIGURABLE FOR SPECIFIC TIME FRAMES.

FOR BOTH LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL REGULATION THE EMPLOYER RULES ON START AND END TIMES ARE VERY SPECIFIC AND HAVING A TIME CLOCK SYSTEM THAT IS FLEXIBLE AND CONFIGURABLE WITH TIME FRAMES TO ADJUST WILL GIVE A GREATER SUPPORT FOR DIFFERENT INDUSTRIES AND CUSTOMERS GLOBALLY. |
