On the Paycor time clock kiosk for iPad, add a visual indicator for each job that an employee can sign in to. This could be as simple as color coding the job on the app the same way it's coded on the schedule, or it could support uploading a custom icon for each job.

Why should we implement this
We have a lot of ESL employees who have trouble reading and discerning the difference between two jobs, especially when they have similar wording. Using colors or pictures would make it much easier for them to select the right job. |
Agreed!
But even better idea - is show the employee what their job is on the schedule that day!! Why does it even give them the option to clock in with a different job than what they are scheduled for? Either force them to clock in with the job that is on the schedule already, or somehow show them what is on the schedule so they know where they are meant to be working.
