Most of my employees work at one location, but one in particular travels and works all over the place. I would like to turn off the requirement that one, or some, of my employees have to be at specific locations to clock in/out, while requiring others to be at specified locations. According to my live chat customer support rep: "Once you have clock restrictions set up on your account, all staff members are affected by this as it is a global settings. There is not an option at the moment to only permit one staff to clock in/out regardless of his/her location."
Why should we implement this
Simply change this setting so that it is not universal, but rather specific to the employee. This would make the software useful for a company that has some location specific jobs/employees, and some non-location specific jobs/employees. |
