Regulations require a minimum duration for rest and meal breaks. This capability would have additional fields on the activity to enable feature enforcing a minimum duration and the field to store the duration in minutes.

When the user of the system uses the activity a clock gets triggered like normal. When the user goes back in to end the activity, IF MINIMUM DURATION IS ENABLED:

- the system will check the duration and present the user with an error and informing them how much time OR

- the system will have an extra clock count down on the activity screen not allowing it to be clicked to end the activity if there is a duration remaining.
