Many organizations are globally distributed. Often, different holidays are celebrated in a country. For instance, Ireland and the UK have several Bank Holidays while the US does not. If Ximple/Paycor is to be a global tool for workforce management, then supporting differentiated holidays by location should be supported so companies and managers can meet their global HR requirements.
