Ability to export Audit Log to Excel for Analytics

I am the Data Manager for my organization....and this information gives me the ability to analyze our scheduling process.

Why should we implement this

I think this is really a requirement for software.....data I am interested in has 26000 records I need that information in a format that I can analyze.
