When setting up a work week, the day of the week and the hour of the day should be able to be set

We run into plenty of companies, especially in public safety, that have work weeks that start at other than midnight. The software should allow the work week to start any day and at any time. I believe this feature used to exist but was lost after an upgrade.

Why should we implement this

We could recommend the software to more people, especially in public safety. We also need this feature in our own fire department
