Many companies use comp time as a benefit for employees. Ximble/Paycor's current abilities require customers to manually enter comp time each pay period for each employee who earned comp hours that pay period, OR just not have a bank in Ximble for these hours and manage them elsewhere. If Ximble were able to automatically calculate this and put the comp time earned into that bank, it would help make the payroll and PTO process more efficient. it would also allow employees to use their comp time when requesting time off and help companies to keep all types of PTO in one system.
