In NimbleScheule, when I clicked "Everyone" to see everyone's schedule, I would just see my local coworkers/team not every employee in the company who is hourly. It is not necessary for local managers to see the schedules of individuals who work in other offices/cities/regions. It is helpful to quickly and easily see your local team to discuss who is coming in later that day or week.
Why should we implement this
Because it is a useful feature that your previous system had. It makes life easier for teams.
There are two permissions for the role settings that allow you to see everyone on your location (or locations if you have more than one assigned to you) vs everyone in the company. Depending on which option is enabled, you may see employees across locations where you are also assigned, but you may also be able to see all locations in the company along with all employees if that permission is enabled. The first permission is labeled as "View everyone's schedule' and the second one is labeled as "View global/company schedule".
Depending on your access to the system you may or may not have access to the settings area to adjust the above, in which case, please check with someone who has an admin access to your account to see if an adjustment is needed.
1. The request was not to need to click to filter every time you opened the app. Less clicks the better. Creating settings for your app so you're not constantly filtering for the same thing.
2. When I click everyone vs. global I get the same thing.
