Not all holidays occur on the same date each year. For example, Thanksgiving is on the last Thursday of the month, which is not the same date each year. Currently, the only option to repeat a holiday is Annual which puts it on the same date each year. It might be useful to have the US Federal holidays pre-loaded for this purpose.
