In order to run a successful business I need to know how much money I am spending at all times. I understand that until hours are approved for the day, I cannot get a "Real" labor cost, but something to give a quick "snapshot" dollar amount of the day so far in labor is a tool that is needed. I am able to generate a snapshot type of report from my POS system. I need a labor report to match with it to pull labor percentages throughout the day.

It is typical of time tracking software to give the user (management) the ability to . MICROS is a dinosaur of the industry and it was able to give me live stats throughout the shift of how many hours clocked in employees had worked that day and the dollar amount. If Ximble wishes to compete, it needs to implement this type or Report ASAP. |
