Before Ximble's last update we were able to search in positions, locations and departments when building/editing Staff's profiles to work in different environments.
Currently we have 17 Locations, 222 Departments and 584 positions.
When we build our Staff's profile or edit it, we were able type in the boxes to find 1 person within the 584 positions and not have to scroll. Scrolling takes a lot of time when typing in the box to search is more efficient time wise.
The pictures have been updated. Names have been blacked out for HIPPA purposes
Why should we implement this
This will help our organization to use Ximble without it being time consuming when building/editing Staff profiles to build schedules. |
Same would apply to ALL drop down lists throughout Ximble. Having to scroll through lists of staff / locations / etc. is a pain!!
