Our staff can be injured during their working day, which often goes un-documented until it causes serious injury and then we hear further down the track, it would be nice to have our users sign off that they haven't been injured or that they have so we can follow up with a health and safety officer to investigate the cause of the injury and also a medic to check the severity of the injury. being able to add a personalized disclaimer with a check box that is required, that directs injured personal to the correct staff member.

Why should we implement this
It allows Ximble to make the workplace safer by enabling employers (your customers) to find sources of injury in the work place and mitigate the time spent with injured/sick/unwell staff. Ximble exists to make the workplace more functional and efficient and this can help with that. |
