Time-off policy - Accrual amount option for days (instead of hours - current & only option)

Time off & Availability policy - Change "Accrual amount" from hours to days this will accommodate all employers that have diverse work force with a plethora of working patterns regarding hours worked and for the same amount of days.

current calculation for UK basic holiday entitlement 

  • Days worked during week x 5.6 weeks = Annual leave limit (days)
  • 1 day x 5.6 weeks = 5.6 annual leave limit - Which is accrued 12.07% worked hours

Why should we implement this

By changing the accrual amount from hours to days, you can apply holidays schemes universally to employees that work a host of hours for the same amount of days. Therefore eliminating the need to create time-off policies for staff members that work the same amount of days in a week but work different hours. increasing the efficiency for new and existing Ximble clients regarding time-off policies.
