Currently, employees that receive shift trade offers may only "Pick Up", and must contact the person who sent the offer to let them know they will not be accepting. Also, if the person who sent the request does not cancel, it just stays pending if not picked up.

This process for us currently occurs via email. It could sit in someone's inbox for a week or longer. Having the ability to send the request, have it "Denied/Rejected" would allow the requestor to seek other coverage in a timely manner! I support this feature! ZMC/BPA
